i really doubt a ME 5 PE 1 is out there, since the gain from ME 3 is so little. anyway, i have a Rev BPO Me 3 Pe 1 if u can wait 2 more month i can research it to ME 5 but price will be around NPC + 40%.

With a ME2 Nyx BPC you pay around 1,1 bil LESS to built a Nyx, just for materials. Considering the time gain for less minerals, less component parts (less bpc) and the profit for a 2 month BPC your offer is too low.

even if i have researched and traded many capital bpos, i've never seen a PE 3 capital ship, not even PE 2. PE needs near double time than ME research. a ME 3 PE 3 freighter need (with best skill, implant ecc.) more than 9 month of research ...
